These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Flowbotix Agency (“we,” “us,” “our”), including our chat and call bots for the yoga industry, website development, and future automated outreach systems.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services or engaging with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Flowbotix Agency offers the following services:

• Chat and Call Bots for the yoga industry.
• Website Development to help businesses build and enhance their online presence.

These services may be provided through consultations via Zoom or Google Meet, depending on the client’s preferences.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the successful delivery of our services. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is correct and complete.

4. Fees and Payment

• A 50% upfront payment is required before any work begins.
• The remaining 50% will be due upon delivery of the final product or service.

The exact fee for services will be agreed upon in advance and outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms, including due dates and method of payment, will be specified in the agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We take client confidentiality seriously and will not disclose your private data or sensitive information to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws in the processing of your personal data. By engaging with our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, Flowbotix Agency shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to, any loss of data or interruptions in service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, we will return or delete any client data that is no longer needed for service provision, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, within the European Union (EU).
